Because our manufacturers and suppliers have different locations and different fulfillment time lines shipping is charged separately for each item and will have different expected time of arrival. Each supplier may have different fulfillment practices, for example most of the Roach providers only ship on one day as to keep the disturbance to their main colony to a minimum. Most orders should be received and ready for shipment within 7 days. However, I would expect a time frame from 10-30 days. If there has been no shipment in this time, I will refund the amount that was paid for the service or product you purchased.
